** DIY ** Must-Reads for the DIY Bride

I have big plans for lots of beautiful DIY projects to grace these pages (just as soon as I have got my crafting head together), and in the process of pulling this together I have come across some quite frankly awesome magazines that I feel that every DIY bride should know about:

Hobby Craft Magazine

On a recent trip to hobby craft I picked up a copy of the Hobby Craft magazine and had a quick glance through and instantly loved it (so of course, I had to have it). This quarterly magazine is incredibly good value at just £1.99 and includes some great DIY projects (I can’t wait to try the Sex and the City style corsages) and there is even a specific Wedding section, perfect!

And what makes it even better is that you can pick it up and get your craft supplies in at the same time.

Mollie Makes

Mollie Makes is for the true crafters amongst us – including fantastic projects varying from crochet, to jewellery and lots of things in between, this magazine is perfect for brides-to-be looking for quirkier details.

It is a little more expensive at £4.99 for a monthly publication but definitely worth looking out for at your newsagents to see if it has the perfect project for your wedding.

Popular Crafts is a magazine jam packed full of craft makes from the simple to the more complex - and with lots of ideas that are adaptable to a variety of wedding themes. Definitely pop this one in your shopping trolly….

Making Jewellery

This one is along a slightly different thread, but since my friend’s hen party recently I have become somewhat obsessed with having a go at making my own jewellery. Making Jewellery magazine is nothing short of amazing, almost every other page is packed with a new project, full instruction of how to achieve the look and additional projects to try along the same line.
